Lyndhurst Flower Show (2023)

As an invited floral designer at Lyndhurst Mansion's 2023 Flower Show, Amanda created an installation for the Green Bedroom. Helen and Jay Gould were both occupants of The Green Bedroom – their lives and interests inspired Amanda's designs for the show. The father and daughter had a common ground of spirituality - Jay’s interests trended more toward the occult and Helen’s toward religion. Thoughts of Shambhala and the artistry of Hilma af Klint shaped the way Amanda approached the design of the installation. Amanda created a mysteriously wonderful and whimsical floral paradise that paid homage to the spirituality of natural world.
